This patient had 3 children. Her preoperative photo shows a mildly protruding abdomen and loose skin in her lower abdomen. She underwent a modified tummy tuck (See Procedures Section Abdominoplasty for full explanation) which included tightening her abdominal wall musculature, removing excess skin of her lower abdomen and liposuction to remove fat. Her scar is well hidden in the bikini line.

This patient had three children. Her preoperative photo shows a moderately protruding abdomen, excess skin and fat of her abdominal wall, and loose skin in her groin area. She underwent a full tummy tuck removing excess skin and fat and tightening her abdominal wall muscles. Although she has a scar extending from hip to hip it is well hidden in the bikini line. Six months after her abdominoplasty she under went liposuction of her flanks (hip rolls) and outer thighs. The combined procedures resulted in a youthful shaply appearance.
