Patient was treated with Botox to elevate the brow by injecting the glabella and the upper outer crows feet area. The upper forehead was also injected to smooth forehead horizontal lines.

Treatment goals: Minimize deep forehead creases; Improve shape and position of brows. Treatment plan: Botox to glabella, Botox to tail of brows, Botox to forehead. Evaluate deep forehead creases 10 days to 2 weeks after Botox Treatment. Filler to deep forehead creases to complement Botox and minimize lines

Patient # 52643

Patient was treated with Botox to selectively raise and shape the right brow and to shape and lower the left brow. The upper forehead was treated with Botox® to minimize the horizontal creases. The glabella was injected with Botox® to lessen the prominence of the deep crease between the eyebrows. Approximately 10 days after treatment with Botox®, sufficient time to appreciate the Botox-effect, the crease between the eyebrows was treated with Radiesse®, a calcium-based injectable filler, to further minimize the prominence of the deep crease.
